I have applied for so many jobs now and all im getting back is agencies wanting me to register with them then my cv will go to the employer, but that i dont think is what is happening. I get no response from employers, and no feed back from indeed or any agencies. How deflating this is. Very upset but bombarded with agencies. GRRRRR :-((

You can track most of your application on Indeed, but it will not take long to notice that most companies posting on Indeed do not even bother to open your application and before long the job posting expires. You wasted time and did not even receive the courtesy of anyone looking at your application. Often, the listing company will ask you to spend time addressing specific points and even after investing the time they do not even bother to look at your application. While this may not be Indeeds fault per se, it makes job hunting even more frustrating.

Phishing scams are prevalent, their security is really bad and you’ll get people randomly texting you or emailing you for your personal information. Do not give these out unless you can verify it’s the person you’ve been speaking to.

They did not follow the budget I set, and OVERCHARGED x3. Of course they dinged my CC already, so it will be a big fight to get money back. Besides, the quality of candidates was dismal, with horrible work histories.

Absolutely atrocious. Phoning them does not work; they just refer you back to the uninformative website. eMailing them does not work; they just ignore emails. They even continue to contact you AFTER CLOSING MY ACCOUNT. AVOID THESE

Search for part time positions, gave me full time position listing and would not change no matter how I changed the criteria. No i can see that this does not matter to indeed, so I will use something else instead of indeed

Enorm vervelend dat je middels verificaties zoals e-mailadres pas vacatures kan zien. Ook verplicht je telefoonnummer moet achterlaten om alleen maar vacatures te bekijken. Door het opgeven van mijn telefoonnummer stem ik ermee in om telefoontjes of sms-berichten van Indeed te ontvangen via het opgegeven telefoonnummer. Vervolgens doe ik het want ik wil vacatures zien. Vul vervolgens de verificatiecode in, maar ik kom vervolgens niet verder. Vroeger werkte dit platform prima, maar voor mij nooit meer.

This used to be a good service. Now the platform is appalling, it never updates correctly, customer service and knowledge is horrendous. When will a competitor come along and put them out of business and save us all from the trauma of dealing with this company?

I wasnt going to write this but honestly really feel I need to. Why on earth are jobs being advertised with no pay rate beside it no salary no per hour nothing. Do we guess this? Does the employer think that maybe when we were born we just always wanted to work at the place they own for pennies????? Be a little more specific or even SOMETHING to go on. Maybe its indeed itself that posts this and dont ask any questions like wow you want us to advertise a post to work at your place but hide how much they are getting?

I'm looking for jobs that are 15 or 20 miles away, but this site gives me locations that are 45 miles away, etc. I emailed them to let them know, and they asked me questions about my browser and other things. This site needs to focus on the appropriate mileage. Nothing to do with what I'm using; update your website!

My job post has been flagged for 4 days now and apparently they don't work weekends so lets just make it 6 days. I will never use Indeed again, so unprofessional and reps are a bunch of liars try to cover for the backends lack of give a rats behind. How do you run a business like this? Just go ahead and shut it down, I will use ziprecruiter.

Trying to sign into my account and I simply cannot. Asks for email and then says continue as xxxx.xxxx my email. Then will not go any further. Tried enter code instead. No code sent to email or text. Will not allow me to log in to the website and app. Can't continue to ask for support as cannot sign in to ask for it. Ridiculous really

Indeed added the race, gender and sexual orientation questionnaire for most job listings! Why do they have the race, gender and sexual orientation questionnaire if everyone is saying that they are fully for inclusivity? Companies that are using this racism tactics should be fined! Recently I am finding it hard to actually landing a job and I think it is because we are not chosen by our experience and how well we do our job any more but by the gender and race and companies are looking for diversity now and not white men! As example, I applied a couple of months ago to a company for a no experience job and although I was perfect for the job I was refused and they are still employing to this day, so that was not because I was unexperienced but because I had to complete the race, gender and sexual orientation questionnaire! I came from a country that the population is white and hundred of years ago most of the poor families were slaves for the rich and powerful, and guess what, I am not rich and neither was my family.

I have never been so frustrated. I was trying to apply for a job on Simply Hired and Indeed must own them now. I could not navigate to just simply submit my updated resume and cover letter. This site is a nightmare now. I had to go on Glassdoor for the job I wanted to apply and was finally able to submit my resume.

I keep getting unsolicited phone calls from Indeed asking me to add them to a WhatsApp Group for employment opportunities. Well, I retired 13 years ago and I have never had a relationship with Indeed (to the best of my memory). Can I find a phone number or email address to complain to them. NO. Maybe someone would like to address this situation, or should I go to the Information Commissioner.

Absolutely terrible site spend hours a day applying for jobs but doesn’t seem like indeed actually forwards on your applications complete and utter time wasters sort your site out or remove it off the App Store !SCAMMERS!

Neuerdings wird beim Besuch der Internetseite von mir verlangt, alle Datenschutzeinstellungen in meinem Browser zu deaktivieren sowie mein VPN auszustellen und Werbeblocker zu deaktiveren, sonst komme ich nicht auf die Seite drauf. Unseriöser geht es nun wirklich nicht, von mir zu verlangen, mich ungeschützt im Internet zu bewegen, nur um auf die Seite von Indeed zu kommen. Geht gar nicht und absolutes NoGo. War mein letzter Versuch auf diese Seite zu kommen.
