Absolutely atrocious. Phoning them does not work; they just refer you back to the uninformative website. eMailing them does not work; they just ignore emails. They even continue to contact you AFTER CLOSING MY ACCOUNT. AVOID THESE

I cannot adequately describe how amazing this company are. We've been with them 3 times to different destinations and they're phenomenal. This time we went to Maldives with the intention of visiting Hanifaru for manta rays. They said they could arrange it at a certain price per head but that was payable locally. The resort was amazing BUT when we got there we were told the price for the boat to Hanifaru was based on a full boat of 6 people not just two. I emailed Hannah at Audley and she worked hard behind the scenes and we got the boat at the original price; it was a magical swim seeing these amazing creatures in their own habitat. Food and facilities at the Heritage Aagrah resort were amazing, and the staff couldn't do enough for you, but weren't pushy either. Again I cannot praise Audley highly enough, or Hannah particularly.
