Account Frozen After Charges
I had a terrible experience with Indeed. They charged my account, then froze access without proper explanation. Despite sending multiple official business documents, their support team has been inconsistent, unresponsive, and completely unhelpful. It is shocking how incompetent the process feels. The left hand does not seem to know what the right hand is doing. I have wasted time, money, and lost business opportunities because of their mishandling. If you are a business owner considering Indeed, be very cautious. Their systems are unreliable, and their Trust & Safety team clearly does not understand their own processes.
