IMO Car Wash Reviews

I thought by signing up on the club app i will save money ..well i lost £17 !!! i have been charge for a wash that i was unable to use . i have sent several email to ask for a refund or free wash but never had an answer from "the inexistent customer service"! I won't use them again and also i found out that a major supermarket offer the same types of wash 3 time cheaper

Bin seit knapp 2 Jahren dort gelegentlich Kunde da es die näheste waschstraße von meiner Arbeit ist. Ich war von Anfang an nicht wirklich zufrieden aber jetzt im Winter ist es schon die dritte Wäsche hintereinander die absolut nicht in Ordnung ist. Sogar die teuerste Wäsche versucht aber leider ein sehr schlechtes Ergebnis. Ich denke die waschanlage wird nicht regelmäßig gewartet/gereinigt oder ist defekt. Ich werde nicht wieder kommen und jedem davon abraten.

Never have I encountered customer service as hand waving and verbally aggressive as I did on 28/01/2025 at IMO Newtownards. The behaviour of the male attendant may be appropriate in the country he is originally from, it IS NOT the behaviour we expect here. I will not be back.

Just had the worst experience in IMO car wash kings lynn. I prepaid via paypal on the IMO app. I had an email confirmation and PayPal confirmation. The purchase did not show up on app. 2 men came over said they 'know nothing' about the app. I belive as a white young woman they saw me as an easy target. I also had my toddler in the car so they knew I wouldn't argue too much. One of the men kept shoving the card reader through the window at me. My toddler was so excited for the car wash so I gave in and paid again. It was horrible for my child to witness how these 2 men were to a woman. Avoid this place!!!!

The staff was incredible!, my car was spotless by the time they we're done & even fixed my back window heater very impressed, Thank you to Bash and Frankie really good stuff👍

Très grosse arnaque au début c était 2,99€ avec aspirateur maintenant 4,50€ et aspirateur 2€ désolé mais question qualité prix je préfère rajouté 1,40 et allé à calinauto qui est 100x mieux plus jamais de ma vie je met les pied a imo

First time trying this and last. Grumpy staff. Paid the £12 and got something a child could have done better. Smears and water marks all over. No one bothers to check the result at the end. Won’t be going again.

Vor einigen Tagen hat meine Frau beim Autowaschen ihr wertvolles Goldarmband verloren – ein besonderes Schmuckstück, das ich ihr zur Hochzeit geschenkt habe. Noch am selben Tag suchten wir verzweifelt, sogar nachts, nach dem Armband – ohne Erfolg. Auch in der Autowaschanlage, wo wir den Verlust vermuteten, blieb es zunächst unauffindbar. Am nächsten Tag sprach meine Frau den freundlichen Chef der Waschanlage darauf an. Zu unserer großen Überraschung und Freude meldete er sich drei Tage später und hatte tatsächlich das Armband gefunden! Wir sind überglücklich und danken ihm und seinem Team von Herzen. Diese Erfahrung hat uns gezeigt, dass in dieser Waschanlage nicht nur professionell gearbeitet wird, sondern auch Ehrlichkeit und Menschlichkeit an erster Stelle stehen. Wir können jedem nur empfehlen, sein Fahrzeug hier waschen zu lassen – ein Ort, an dem Vertrauen und harte Arbeit großgeschrieben werden. Vielen Dank nochmals!

Nice staff. unfortunately for a £9 wash that has a pre wash by hand my car was still dirty in places (curves in the bonnet mainly). Also one internal washing wheel didnt work. The rinsing and drying was not totally effective as i had soap still on the back of the car. The windows had dried water marks. Maybe fine for a cheaper wash.

I recently visited IMO Car Wash in Ilford, and I have to say, it was one of the most disappointing car wash experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, the service was subpar, and I left feeling like I wasted both my time and money. First of all, the staff seemed completely disinterested and unprofessional. There was no greeting or acknowledgment when I arrived, and they appeared to be rushing through the job without any care for the quality of their work. It felt like they were just going through the motions. The actual wash itself was terrible. My car came out with streaks all over the windows and body, and there were still visible dirt spots in several areas. It was clear that they didn’t take the time to properly clean the vehicle. To make matters worse, the interior cleaning was just as bad. The vacuuming was half-hearted, and the dashboard and surfaces were still dusty. On top of the poor service, the pricing was way too high for what was delivered. I expected a thorough clean for the amount I paid, but instead, I got a rushed, sloppy job that left my car looking barely better than when I arrived. I won’t be returning to IMO Car Wash Ilford, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a quality car wash. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about their customers and the service they provide.

Their opening hours state that they are open on a Saturday until 7-30pm so arrive at 7.05pm just to find they shut at 7.00pm. It would be nice if they could be bothered to update their hours.

Mehrfach versucht Barzahlung zu erzwingen, trotz sichtbaren Guthabens auf der App. Zuletzt wurde Guthaben sogar verbucht und als nicht erhalten angegeben. Nie wieder!!! Ps. Liebes Finanzamt Mannheim, an Eurer Stelle würde ich mir den Betrieb mal genauer anschauen …

Eigentlich wollte ich 0 Sterne geben. Mein Jahreswagen hat heute das erste Mal eine Waschstraße gesehen und zu meinem Bedauern bin ich genau an Diese geraten und habe auch noch die Premium 20€ Wäsche genommen. Fazit: Mein Lack völlig ruiniert, die Felgen bei der "Vorreinigung" zerkratzt und als Antwort bekam ich "Ich habe heute 200 Autos gewaschen und keiner hat mir einen Schaden unterstellt!" Schadensaufnahme wurde zwar gemacht, aber man hat mir das Gefühl vermittelt, dass ich an einem 75.000€ Wagen den Lack selbst so zugerichtet hätte. Bin auf die Klärung durch das Unternehmen gespannt. Ich versuche es diplomatisch zu klären, aber die Erfolgsaussichten Stelle ich jetzt erst mal in Frage, bis ich Besseres berichten kann.

Car was a bit dusty so went in for a rinse. Opted for "Total Wax" for £11 on a Saturday morning. Not too much of a queue. Watched the cars in front and judged they were doing the minimum possible with the jet sprayer to get the cars through as fast as poss. Anyway went through the auto wash and saw the dryer bar that usually comes down and follows the contour of the car just stayed at the top so the towel strips simply moved the water around. Came out with the car still wet. When I got home and looked around, the back of the car was still covered in dust. I could run my finger through it. Would love to put the photo on here so you could see how bad it was. Absolute waste of money and time. Hand washed it myself after. Go anywhere but here.

Die schlechteste Waschanlage in der ganzen Umgebung in Saalfeld. Unfreundliches Personal, das Auto ist nach der Wäsche nicht sauber. Diese Waschanlage ist in keinem Fall zu empfehlen.

£21 for xtr wash. Streaks left on car, alot of the car not washed correctly and now car smells of stagnant water. Windows left in a worse state than I went in with.

I paid for a full ceramic xtr clean. Unfortunately when having a look when i got home I've had to clean all the sills and door shuts also clean dash cubby. Went here as recommended but Unfortunately not impressed.

This place is a scam and the manager is horrendous. Every time I go the price changes and when I complained, the manager told me that “ if I don’t like it then I shouldn’t come back.” I absolutely will not be back but the manager should be held accountable for ripping off clients.
