IMO Car Wash Reviews

Seit Jahren bringe ich meinen Wagen zu IMO Car. Das hat seinen Grund: das gründlichste, freundlichste und hilfsbereite Team ever. Jedes Mal ist das Auto hinterher wie neu. Sogar die extrem hartnäckigen HundeHaare sind weg, Ritzen in den Ecken, Gummileisten der Fenster und Türen sind absolut sauber und das alte Leder glänzt wie neu. Auch mit der Außen-Reinigung bin ich sehr zufrieden und nie wird ein unnötiges Waschprogramm empfohlen. Nebenbei: auch mit den Preisen bin ich sehr zufrieden. Danke für den stets perfekten Service.

Used Long Eaton car wash today and opted for the £21 service. When entering the car wash I noticed the service I was getting was an entry level wax at £9. Obviously I returned to the vendor after the wash to ask why this was. His response was suspicious as he jumped straight out of his seat without any hesitation and insisted he made a mistake. Obviously I have no evidence this was intentional but to my thinking you’d at least check your system and question your mistake rather than own up without any prompting and give me the £9 back. The vendor then followed me back to the car and tried to explain that he’d been a manager and didn’t need to overcharge to make money. None of this was to me the way you’d handle a mistake of this nature. I asked how many more customers in a day does this happen to and I bet nobody gets a better service than they pay for. My advice is to check you are getting the wash you pay for if you use this site. I won’t be taking my car here again!

Took my 25 plate car in for a wash. Came out more dirty. Unbelievable. I won’t be going back nor recommending.

The staff at self checkouts are so nice all ways happy to help asda is always clear and the staff on the floor are helpful as well i was looking for some coat hangers the was non on the shelf i asked if had any more she said i will go and have a look in the back for you and she came out with some so happy and i love the Easter posters they have hanging in the store great touch especially when kids see them mine love them there's nothing you can do about the price of food because it's the same everywhere 👍🏻

Terrible decision i made going to the imo car wash and the customer service is terrible stay away i recently visited the imo car wash and the machine violently ripped my wing mirror off my car and i filled in the incident report and was told i would be contacted but it was left a week and i tried calling them and the phone just goes off theres no option to talk to anyone the just say goodbye and put the phone down so I emailed them and the offered me 40 pounds for a 150 pounds wing mirror second hand without fitting and thay just make every excuse in the book not to pay

Ich war heute zur schnellen Autowäsche dort. Einfach nur mal schnell drüber waschen. Ich hab nach dem güntigsten Tarif gefragt und der echt nette unfreudliche Herr verlangte € 12,- von mir. Ich fragte was mit dem Programm um € 8,50 sei, er sagte wieder — € 12,-! Auf meine wiederholte Nachfrage schaute er mich böse an und sagte zu mir: Was ist, rede ich undeutlich, €12,-! Ich freute mich über diese nette Art von dieser ungehobelten Person, schloß meine Autoscheibe, wendete das Auto und fuhr wieder. Der bekommt keinen einzigen Cent mehr von mir!!!

Vor ca 4 Wochen habe reklamiert das die linke Bürste bei der Ausfahrt nicht funktioniert. Sie haben sich bedankt für die Info und werden es weiterleiten. Heute wollte ich ein Programm wählen und der Mitarbeiter wollte mir tatsächlich ein teureren Programm verkaufen. Nach Absage war er stinkig.Bei der Ausfahrt,wie schon beim letzten Mal ging die Bürste immer noch nicht. Und die obere Bürste, die das Dach trocken wischt stand komplett still. Der Kollege sagte daraufhin das es erst vor 2 Tagen kaputt ging. Als ich verneint habe,und in wg vor 4 Wochen angesprochen habe,sagte er ich soll abhauen.Sehr unfreundlich. Einem anderen Auto hat es vor mir das Kennzeichen runtergerisse. Das wars mit dieser Waschanlage. Es gibt auch noch andere.

Terrific service. Zee is a perfectionist with impressive attention to detail. Extremely friendly, helpful service from start to finish with an exceptionally high standard of cleaning. Went to Taunton Sainsbury’s car wash. Miserable young man that couldn’t be bothered to speak, just pointed at things. Pathetic customer service. First time using them and last time as well. The company should be ashamed.

Neu in der Oehleckerring 31 Waschstraße gewesen bin sehr zufrieden vor allem Herr Kalender vielen Dank , ich komme gerne wieder.

Ich war heute bei der Waschanlage und bin ehrlich gesagt enttäuscht. Ich hatte die Wäsche für 15 Euro gewählt und auch bezahlt, doch das Auto wurde anscheinend in einer anderen günstigeren Kategorie gewaschen, ohne dass mir das vorher deutlich gesagt wurde. Es wurde vor dem eigentlichen Waschgang mit einem Hochdruckreiniger abgespritzt, was mir später als „Extravorwäsche“ verkauft wurde – obwohl ich gar nichts Zusätzliches ausgewählt oder bestellt hatte. Außerdem ist das Ergebnis enttäuschend: Auf dem Lack sind viele Flecken zurückgeblieben – vermutlich von schlecht abgespülter Seife oder anderen Rückständen. Für 15 Euro hätte ich ein sauberes Auto erwartet. So leider nicht – ich werde diese Waschanlage in Zukunft meiden.

I am taxi driver use this car wash every 3rd day but service is not good anymore staff is aggressive disrespectful and rude I will never visit again

Been using them for awhile the other day I had my girlfriend‘s car in there and we had a clunking noise followed by a banging on the car in the car wash. We came out to find a small dent down the whole side of the car and the plane flicking off I immediately confronted them and they said nothing to do with us. You came in with this and I was like yeah but I was in the car wash. I heard a clunk and then this is fresh. No, it’s not. it’s old. I’m filling out a form for you, but you’re just trying to trick us.  I went back the following day with my own car and the guy said oh I have to check your car for scratches before it goes in in case you’re trying to con us again.

Leider muss man mind 1 Stern geben. Super unfreundliches Personal. Bedient junge Frauen anders als ältere Frauen. Warum? Ich zahle genau den gleichen Preis. Und das eine Auto bekommt eine halbe Stunde vorwäsche. Meins zwei Sekunden. Und beim rausfahren wird mir nochmal der Mittelfinger gezeigt. Unmöglich. Nie mehr

Vorab: Ich würde keinen Stern vergeben, wenn das möglich wäre. Wir waren mit unserem Fiat 500 Cabrio dort und bei der Reinigung des Dachs ist der Klarlack auf dem hinteren Kunststoffteil teilweise abgeplatzt. Es wurde eine "Schadensmeldung" aufgenommen, die durch die Waschstraße an die Verwaltung in Mühlheim weitergegeben werden sollte und von denen wir Bescheid bekommen sollten. Nachdem wir erst in der Verwaltung nachhaken mussten und dann an den Versicherer weitergereicht wurden, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass der Schaden nicht durch die Reinigung verursacht wurde und der Fall als erledigt betrachtet wird. Ohne weitere Kontaktaufnahme, ohne weitere Prüfung. Wir hatten ehrlich gesagt nichts anderes erwartet aber bitter ist es trotzdem. FINGER WEG von dieser Waschstrassen-Kette!
