IMO Car Wash Reviews

Ich bin seit Jahren Kunde in der Untermühlaustraße und durchgehend sehr zufrieden. Diese Bewertung abzugeben hat als Ursache die neuerdings angebotene Innenreinigung. Diese wurde kostengünstig und sauber durchgeführt. Bemerkenswert ist der Hinweis eines Kunden in der angrenzenden Box: Er kam auf Empfehlung aus Ludwigshafen und war von der Arbeit ebenfalls angetan. Eine Weiterempfehlung meinerseits steht nichts im Wege. Danke

Hvaaaa, Søren og Kristoffer, hvornår er i blevet så nærige, at ikke vil gøre jeres mest indtjende bilvask (Næstved) til en endnu bedre oplevelse for jeres kunder OG for jeres ansatte, ved at forbedre jeres tørrezone, og får lagt noget gulv der er muligt at gøre rent for et dødeligt individ. Tag jer dog lige sammen!

Auch mein Auto ist in der schnellsten Waschstraße Deutschlands nicht sauber geworden. 12 Euro habe ich für ein ineffizientes Abspülen des beschmutzten Reinigungswassers inkl. Kurztrocknung bezahlt. Des Weiteren waren die Felgen im selben beschmutzten Zustand wie vorher. Dafür hätte ich wohl nochmal 4€ drauf legen müssen…unfassbar teuer für eine dreckige Anlage. Nie wieder!

I've been used already a few times this wash and I've been very satisfied with the service there...the triple shampoo was well worthy and they clean for me the wheels very well once i asked for it.thanks for the staffs there they was very helpful to me.

Cash grabbing service. Premium wash up to £14 and £19 no wax as the mere was no liquid coming out, no triple foam as it was white wash and brushes are falling apart. This was my 3rd different car wash. All the same. Quality of services went downhill last year. Price went up. IMO is run by franchise with dubious shady practices and low standards. Costumer service of the company are a scam as they won’t reply to complaints

Super Wäsche und super netter Mitarbeiter. Der nette Kollege ist immer wie gewohnt freundlich und gibt sich immer Mühe. Ich war mal kein Fan dieser Anlage bin aber nun Stammkunde aufgrund der guten Wäsche und auch der Jungs die dort arbeiten. Immer korrekt und hilfsbereit!

Scam! 3rd time I’ve used them as they are my local car wash. The car is filthy. The shampoo was empty and brush wasn’t working so I’ve basically paid £14 for a Jet wash. No refunds and the place is disgusting.

As lots of other people have commented- took the car to be washed and came out still filthy dirty! The guy that washed the back of my car with a brush- might was well not of bothered as missed most of it and still dirty when finished the car wash. Wheels still covered in brake dust- A total waste of money - a child could have done better!!!! Then I made the fatal mistake to use the vacuum machine to clean inside the car- £1 for 3 mins by the time you get the pipe out and unwound into the car half the times gone- so £2 later I realised that the machine had about as much suction as a granny with no teeth!!!! The inside of the car is still filthy dirty- Went back home to wash and vacuum the car properly!!! Don’t waste your money and the guy at the wash is about as active as a flat bottle of pop!!

I bought a bundle of three Ultra HD car washes. I had used two and was about to use the third. I had selected the QR code but a huge queue developed while I was filling up with fuel, so I went home in order to come back later. When I came back, the QR code had disappeared from my ‘Wallet’ in the app. I tried to explain this to one of the attendants but he didn’t understand and just said “ no black wash”. I will never be buying bundles or subscriptions again as there appears to be no come back when your purchases disappear.

Hi been to this car wash i was amazed at how clean my car was ill be coming back again.

Hi had a car wash with a lovely young man he was so happy and helpful I was over the moon with my car he's the best for doing valets he's a very hard worker best car wash ever.ive been here before I was disappointed but the new guy is brilliant.

I took my very grubby, almost 2-tone car here today, and these guys have done an absolutely amazing job both inside and outside. Would highly recommend. Thank you guys. 😊

1 star as there is no option to give nil. Total lack of any kind of customer service. Do not book and pay via the app, you won't get stamps, or any response at all when you contact them. Terrible company.

Took my car to spondon derby as I've paid for 12 wash package they never soaped car up also the water smelled of drain water absolutely discusting when car came out wasn't properly clean terrible waste of money now trying to get money back avoid these car washes at all costs no care taken a joke I've had to put imo business centre in as spondon 1 not on list I wonder why???
