IMO Car Wash Reviews

Ich kann nur von meiner Erfahrung berichten. Ich habe meinem Auto eine Ceramix XTR Wäsche gönnen wollen. Diese habe ich vorher in der IMO App gekauft. Vor Ort, ohne Bargeld, wird mir unangenehm eine zusätzliche Felgenreinigung im Preis von 3,50 € angeboten. Kartenzahlung nicht möglich. Eine Austellung der Rechnung ebenfalls nicht. Diese lehnte ich ab und erhielt nach der Wäsche ein schmutziges Auto. Felgen wurden gar nicht gereinigt, obwohl das Programm eine Felgenreinigung enthält, bzw. alle möglichen Optionen. Die untere Karosserie verblieb leider verschmutzt. Zudem war die Reinigung deutlich kürzer als sonst. Meine Reklamation vor Ort wurde belächelt. Als Entschädigung wurde mir ein 3,50€ Gutschein angeboten.

Very disappointed with IMO Car Wash. I went in expecting at least to be asked if I wanted the inside of my car cleaned — but they didn’t ask anything. They just sent it through the machine, and that was it. No communication, no options offered. The exterior wash wasn’t great either. There were still marks on the windows and dirt left on the wheels. For what I paid, I expected better service. I won’t be going back. If you care about your car and want proper service, look elsewhere.

Went in to the Weston super mare branch near Iceland/Macdonalds, what a waste of money, paid for the ceramic coating and it barely touches the car, the pressure is so weak it just dribbles out!

I regret using IMO Car Wash. Not only did it cause noticeable scratches to the paintwork, but it also left a large dent at the end of the roof. To make matters worse, the wash itself was poor, bird droppings and general dirt were still visible afterwards. I should have read the reviews before trusting them with my car. Definitely not worth the risk.

I didnt realise you lost the carwashes if you didnt use them within the month, I tried to unsubscribe, but they send out a onetime pass code that is only valid for 5 minutes, but they deliberately wait untill 6 minutes have elapsed before sending you the code. As a result you cannot access the subscription settings to cancel, its a complete con, as a result they have taken another months subscription from my account, I sent them a complaint, but did not get a reply. Avoid.

Today I went to get my car washed and valeted. Was turned away at the Oswin Road wash, off Narborough Road, (Leicester, 12July, 16.15pm). Apparently they started charging FROM £11 for valeting. First the guy wanted to look in my car "to see how dirty it was" before he gave me a price. (This was never ever done before! It felt very invasive if I'm honest.) Then told me my car was dirty, and wanted to charge me £13! Of course my car has sand on the floor! That's why I brought it to be valeted!! He was like, "no, no Lady. No inside for you, just outside. Do you want just outside." No I don't. That's not why I'm there. Thing is, they are based just off my street on Winstanley Drive - it's the only car wash I've ever gone to since they opened. He didn't believe me that I only come to this car wash, because I go maybe once every 6-months/ give or take a few. Today I felt completely unwanted. I felt chased away even. Now, I have to find a another car wash, because I'm afraid I don't want to encounter those people again. So embarrassing. This is horrible!! What a horrible experience. Hey IMO, sort your employees out. They're losing you valuable- repeat customers, cos now I have to find another car wash that may be your competitors. Good luck with that. I'm off.

Very rude staff and my car was dirty on one side afterwards. This was at their London Colney branch in the Sainsbury’s petrol station. Would definitely NOT recommend them.

I got told off for stopping at the side of the site, to buy a wash on the app, there was plenty of room to easily get 2 cars and a bike past me with loads of room to spare. I would have turned round and left right then if I hadn't got the wash that was too late to cancel. In the end it wasn't worth it anyway, when I got home it was just like someone had smeared something down both sides of my car. A complete waste of time and money.

Sehr nette Bedienung...Auto ist immer tip top. Sehr bemüht. Bin schon lange Kunde und immer sehr zufrieden.

Super freundlich und schnell. Ergebnis sehr gut. Preise angemessen und einige Programme zur Auswahl. Würde empfehlen.
