Good user experience. I did need a 'back' button that was not thered, or maybe I missed it.
It was easy to sign up and prices seemed fair.
Website user experience was great! Most importantly prices were competitive.

I am autistic, I’ve travel with my nephew, who was also a caregiver. I was able to fill out the form with no problem.
The process was fairly easy to navigate once I went directly to the IMG website. I originally was trying to purchase a policy through a Forbes website, but that website did not take me to a page where I could purchase the IMG policy.

It was fast, the directions for filling out the application were reasonably clear, the prompts to decrease the deductible/increase the premium were true but cursory and hence categorizable as nothing but sales-pitching. Makes for a poor image, in my opinion.
