Easy to use, good bandwith available and competitive price.

I was having problems with my music, until I purchased I Drive, now I'm confident, my music is safe

This is the first time I have used IDrive, the desktop layout is good and as I am not an expert at IT, I followed the guidance and backed up my complete C and E drives. It took 33hrs but worth it for peace of mind. Now the daily backups only take a short time

I started a process of testing some cloud storage applications and in the end I chose IDrive. It proved to be more practical for daily use and navigation between options and settings, easy to use. I miss the option to show the real speed of uploads and downloads. Nothing serious. But I'm quite happy with my choice. I continue to use and test the features offered as needed. IDrive support got in touch with me and made themselves available, which is very good. I recommend it as a good service today.

I have been using IDrive for 2-3 years, with a mix of Windows/Linux/Android. It's the only company that supports all features I need (storage space ~ 10TB for reasonably price, speed, SLA, encryption (with my own key)). For Linux the perl scripts work perfectly (Fedora 33-37, something that can't be said for Dropbox/Google drive/Sync/...). Pretty cool that you can use it to sync/backup, with on the fly changes, and also use it as browser based storage. Support is near instant (seconds). Student discount is very helpful as well.

Good option with a lot of online backup space with a reasonable price. Better and cheaper then other programs

IDrive is easy to use and set up. I had a 6TB Backup external drive crash and had to pay quite a bit of money to have it's data restored. This was the second time this happened and I finally decided it was time for a new solution. IDrive was recommended to a me and I have not been disappointed.

So far I am very pleased with this service. The price is decent for the amount of storage you get. I use this mostly for tons of photos but I also have many other word docs/pdf/etc files. I also love the fact that it backs up my computer and allows me to upload items. It is the best of both worlds.

Great software! I made the switch over from one of their competitors and the difference has been amazing. I feel 1000% more secure with my music backups now (I'm a DJ, so this is a Very Good Thing)!

I really needed to know that I could personalize large, incremental backups to a trusted cloud server. Though I had partial backups and several in-house solutions, I needed something like iDrive to confidently know that my files are safe and available. The scheduling works perfectly. I would only wish that they still offered a 2TB, more contained solution for people like me who are small business people.

It´s a good product, with a great quality/price ratio. It has enough space for all the things you need to store. The only "but" is that the app it consumes much resources when a backup is doing, but if you only uses the app to create a backup once per week or something similar is ok. I didn´t tested the sync option to synchronize folders between computers, but I think will be as good as the backups. I recommend this service if you need to have backups on the cloud

the interface seems a little clunky / outdated (my comparison is Backblaze, which is SUPER slick and well integrated with MacOS) The pricing is fair and i really like how you can have multiple devices on the same account

After a lot of research I chose iDrive because it was the most feature-rich option while also being super affordable. So far everything has been working great and I'm very happy.

After having issues with my previous computer and not being able to recover all my data, it seemed important to get a backup system in place. I got it started, but it has a few files it doesn't seem able to back up.

IDrive is an excellent backup service. It is simple to set up and configure and we especially love how fast it restores. I also makes it easy to backup multiple devices under the same account, making keeping track of everything super simple.

The selection process for what you want backed up is very straightforward. I also like that I can back up multiple computers with one account. However the initial backup is very slow. Not sure if my internet provider is throttling me or I-drive is doing a lot of verification.

After extensive research I settled on iDrive to back up my music library. I cannot be more happy with my experience so far! All instructions were clear and concise. My entire library was backed up with ZERO issues. Also, the interface is easy to navigate and retrieve any data I might need. Very happy.

Just what I was looking for! Plenty of storage with attractive introductory offer. Easy to set up and use. Purchased for cloud backup of massive music library in lossless format and I’m completely satisfied. First upload took some time, but now that it is all there the maintenance backups take less than a half hour. Well done and I plan to be a subscriber for a long long time! Thanks!

IDrive is intuitive and easy to use product. We use 5TB personal storage. Interface is a bit old. Backend should be updated too (For example it does not allow to write a password with special characters or does not permit long passwords.) However, it is cheap and easy product.

Great customer service and back-up system worked well. I did have issues, however, syncing with the cloud drive.
