Worst backup/cloud service I have used. Completely amateurs and unprofessional and slow customer service. Cannot download folders from web and cannot see any date from the desktop app. What a nonsense.NOT RELIABLE avoid at all cost.Those cowboys let you down when you most need your data. Very frustrating
