The company is a complete mess
Idrive cannot be relied upon for any critical backups. I have been struggling with them to correct errors in the way they have set up my backup and as a result backups have failed. Customer services is completely pointless - no one takes responsibility - just get passed around from person to person - none of whom know the basics need to set up their services. When they have your money they couldn't care less. .... this is the reply someone called Harvey sent me by email after this review: "Hi Paul, you can contact support to cancel your account:" what an attitude!
