The product works well
The product works well, but there are two "issues" in the user interface that in my humble opinion, should be "fixed". #1) Within the user interface, it was implied I could back up a Google Drive by specifying the drive letter. So I created a backup set to do so. But you can't which I learned from support. #2) I checked a box somewhere to send me a status email after every backup, and every email says "failed" but when I did into the log it says something like "Files backed up now: 14, Files failed to backup: 3". And I can't figure out how to see which files were backed up, and which failed. The email contains instructions on how to see what's "excluded", but that's different. Below is an example from the most recent log file: [Files considered for backup: 36518] [Files already present in your account: 36501] [Files backed up now: 14, Size: 622.49 MB] [Files failed to backup: 3] [Some of the files / folders you have chosen may have been excluded from backup. This means that the backup of these particular files / folders will not take place. View the list of excluded files / folders from the Settings tab.] [Note: Backup of one or more files has failed due to "failed verification -- update retained" error. This indicates that copies of these files are not present in your account.][Some files / folders could not be backed up due to an unexpected error.] All in all, it works. It backs up. I tested a restore. It worked. But, those two issues mentioned above prevented me from giving a rating of 5 stars.
