They're difficult to contact. Takes an eternity to get your refer a friend. If I had the time again I'd probably just stick with SMARTY

The only good thing is the cost. Customer service is only online with hardly no living people to talk to. The network which I believe is based on 3 is abysmal. When in the car it usually drops and regularly drops to 3G which means I am unable to use the internet or any of the apps on the phone. So the long and the short of it is the cost is the only thing that makes it worthwhile. The Ts and Cs are so restrictive that to change would cost me the equivalent of 2 years subscription as a penalty.

I was previously with O2 and the signal was really poor ( we live in a rural area) thankfully wifi calling and texting eventually came to O2 last year, which improved matters. However the cost of the plan was extortionate and with no improvement in service over many years it was time for a change. Signing up to ID was easy and quick and I now have 3 bars where previously I was lucky to have one. Well done for a better signal and much more reasonablely prices plan.

I can not speak to anyone. My mobile has been out of action since 09.07.25 due to an area fault. If my phone does not become useable soon then I will be cancelling my contract with you.
Although trying to speak to customer services, AI question contact was much to be desired with not giving an answer to my questions, I still manage to do what was required, with product and prices offered to me was great
Fairly straight forward to use, just missed the transfer number option first time around. Perhaps it should be made more obvious but that aside, no problems

Was very good up to now, but lately internet data service has slowed down appreciably at home in Upminster and apparently no longer any 5G coverage here. Maybe something to do with Three mobile meltdown?

I switched my number as i got phone as well. The transfer was quite quick and smooth no problems. And i find your app easy to use. Connection is not better than my previous one but not worse.
Network is terrible compared to EE, unless you are in the middle of a town, internet is unusable
