The only good thing is the cost
The only good thing is the cost. Customer service is only online with hardly no living people to talk to. The network which I believe is based on 3 is abysmal. When in the car it usually drops and regularly drops to 3G which means I am unable to use the internet or any of the apps on the phone. So the long and the short of it is the cost is the only thing that makes it worthwhile. The Ts and Cs are so restrictive that to change would cost me the equivalent of 2 years subscription as a penalty.
