They're difficult to contact. Takes an eternity to get your refer a friend. If I had the time again I'd probably just stick with SMARTY
Struggling to get reception in a lot of places
Change over from previous provider went as smooth as possible with yourselves doing most of the work which helped with my limited knowledge of IT.
So far it's been ok with the network and data but I've emailed regarding why it's set to me not bring 18. How do I change this I'd be grateful for a reply to rectify this issue. I'm 56 not 16 please can I have a reply as to why I'm restricted on searches etc. Yours hopefully Dazza

Excellent service once arranged a new phone and ease of porting same mobile number over. Great signal even in low network areas.
Right from the off, everything about ID was painless and beneficial. The contract was only £18.99 with 160Gb data and free Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro3 and Samsung watch 7. The PAC code from the previous provider can be entered on IDs portal and the mobile number switch only took 24 hours thereafter. Frankly, I can't see anyone beating this deal.
Excellent service; the guy helped me with my doubts, so I ordered the eSIM card without hesitation. I highly recommend it.
There was a signal outage for over 24 hours, which made things difficult. However, I am pleased that my mobile phone coverage is better than it was with O2
Excellent coverage, excellent value, by far the best provider I’ve ever had.
Great deal and service, easy sign up and porting of number. Down side is more black spots and low/no signal occurrences compared to my previous provider.
The biggest mistake was joining ID Their signal is diabolical.
So far everything has worked as expected.
This has been the WORST experience. Customer service non existent pass you back and forth and don’t resolve the issue. ID mobile disconnect my phone then took 2 payments and didn’t reconnect me. I’ve then had to go back and forth with bank statements and still they are ignoring. It’s been a week. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Got a great price deal and the network is good. The user website is easy to use, although for those who lack IT confidence ir might be different.
Absolutely amazing network very easy to cross over from my previous provider, great service and also good coverage across EU countries.
