Very quick and easy transfer and no problems getting a signal even out of the UK

Value for money

I downloaded an iD Mobile esim at the end of May on a Galaxy S23 and ported my old number via PAC. The whole process went very smoothly and I was kept well informed. Roaming in Spain was then included and not an extra. I'm more than happy with iD Mobile

Poor signal in a lot if areas I work and keepz satjng no service.

Very bad phone service, often unable to make or take a phone call. Very disappointed.

As an existing 10 year customer, I'd would not let me increase to an advertised SIM only deal

Switched to very good deal for a new iPhone 16e. Transferring number worked well and no complaints at all. Will recommend.

Great costumer service

Horrendous customer service extremely rude and no help at all. Customer service agent called Nonceba was awful on live chat and after an hour, still didn't answer my question and then ended the chat. Extremely poor customer service.

Better signal than Vodafone.

Beats the Big Three competitors hands-down for value - who else offers 100gb MONTHLY data WITH accumulative rollover! AND 30gb monthly roaming as standard! It's a no-brainer!
