I have no issues with my signal and I have a great price plan. What is there not to like. 👍👍😊

They're difficult to contact. Takes an eternity to get your refer a friend. If I had the time again I'd probably just stick with SMARTY

Easy to use website and very competitive plan
It all makes total sense now. I got a phone bundle from carphone warehouse (owned by currys) and chose a simple Samsung A series phone. With the deal was a galaxy watch 7. (I would have chosen s25) After the deal was sealed myself and a member of carphone warehouse staff found the deal had run out but was still being advertised. She told me that the deal shouldn't be up still and she would sort it so I get one. Heard nothing back. Got hold of currys via Trustpilot and was told to call or email. I was passed around to no avail. Now I am stuck with a bad phone and contract (was told I couldn't cancel it) with bad signal and loads of stress. Awesome
Coverage not great. Can only buy one mobile and have to wait three months for the next to credit check. Wanted to migrate the whole family at the same time. Virtually impossible to speak to a human too.
Service is not of a standard that I would like. At times the network is not working properly
Switch from vodafone to Id. I notice considerable longer times to connect the calls and the internet speed (even 5g) is not as fast as promised/advertised.
I often get a bad signal and so my phone doesn’t ring when called ,or I can’t use it
Absolutely no hassling to change contract. Ease of change excellent and sorted within minutes. Good monthly contract.

real value..... easy face recognition to log in.......left id for another company.. allways had to login twice with my email address and password..drove me insane.... paid to break contract... and came back to good old ld mobile ...sim plans remarkbly cheap........with id now for life.

When I first moved over to ID I had great phone reception, last two weeks has been terrible reception
Works great in uk but went on cruise and would not work on shore even on roaming.

Cheap as chips!!! I got a brand new phone, 5 times the amount of data for the exact same price i was paying for sim only (the kevin bacon company)!!!and the change over was simple and easy, so kept my old number. I've not had one single signal problem (which my old company said I would)!!! Can't believe it didn't switch sooner!!!
Not a single person to speak with when you have a problem. Complete network failure and no communication from you. Still having issues with basic stuff like making a phonecall!! USELESS
The main issue is that the 5G coverage is very patchy even in Loughton, which is inside the M25.
