They're difficult to contact. Takes an eternity to get your refer a friend. If I had the time again I'd probably just stick with SMARTY

i can't fault id mobile for service reception quite good billing good too however i find the app awful in fact when i wanted to change my plan i tried for several hours without any luck, and in the end went into curry's to see if they could help ,fortunately they did
What more could a guy ask for ??? 108gb of data with free EU roaming all for £6 per month (with promotion) it’s absolutely fantastic, why pay triple more on contracts with big companies such as Vodafone, 3, EE & O2 ??? Makes no sense
Cost v service. IDMobile has really competitive packages however, the service is very patchy at best. My partner is with Vodafone and when we are together she has great service where I have the same signal strength but significant lag loading pages and maps etc. I wouldn’t go with them again. To good to be true! Pay a bit extra and get the service you pay for.
Generally things are ok, although I find that coverage is not as wide nor clear as with my previous provider.
Great service and competitive price
From when I first went to Curry’s to change my package to Sim only having paid off my 24 month contract everyone was most helpful. I had recently moved house so one issue was that I had to change all my ID Mobile information to the new address .The ID Mobile on line were very helpful .
Some of the areas low signal
The signal is terrible. My calls constantly drop out. I have put my phone on 4G only. This helps but compared to my work colleagues signal its no where near as good. However I do understand you get what you pay for.

Struggling a lot with signal, feel as though I was lied to when signing up to network and been told get a good reception on network.
Poor network… internet loosing connection. I will have to switch to another network for sure

The text message to activate the account on the app was impossible to use as the text PIN came so late it wasn't recognised when I entered it I tried 4 times but no joy Can you send an email PIN instead?
Reception with is mobile is not good. Constantly loosing network and roaming. Even at home. When i purchased the phone I got quite a good deal and a good free gift.
Need to speak to someone to sort what I think is a simple problem with my phone but can’t get hold of anyone. Very disappointing as just moved to your network and was hopeful it would be a good move.
Customer service TERRIBLE only thing they have a is a live chat. which is offshore, don't understand you, take 12 minutes in-between each message and then sometimes if the can't solve the problem they just leave the chat and you have to do it all over!
Best mobile provider. Cheaper than all the others. Sim only
