They're difficult to contact. Takes an eternity to get your refer a friend. If I had the time again I'd probably just stick with SMARTY

The coverage drops out a lot, sometimes for days. I had no problems with other networks I've been with. I will be changing to another company as soon as I can.
This company are shockingly bad. We got a sim for our son last summer it never worked so we cancelled it. They then sent a collection agency after us even though we'd cancelled it. I paid to get rid of them and you guessed it they sent us to a collection agency again who sent threatening emails to my son whose blind! Again and again I asked for people to speak to me but they wouldn't. Finally looked like they had stopped and it was over till yesterday when son received another demand! I've called them again and again they said they don't know why its not closed but we have to pay to close it!! Never use this company! We got the same deal with unlimited data and calls from EE for same price. Not sure but seems unlikely the good reviews are real.

One of the worst network of my life. Even sometimes I got hotspot from My Lebara friends to get connected to internet. I also discussed customer support but still facing issue. May be they dont have good bandwith...

I’m paying less for more data than my previous provider was offering. I have peace of mind knowing they’ll be no price increases. ID Mobile keep me updated regularly with useful information by email, only downside is low signal strength when at home, this doesn’t cause too many problems more slows things down, honestly changing to ID mobile was the best thing I’ve done.

Good company and linked to Currys, a household name. Easy set up, good value, competitive rates, bills as expected, followed through with incentive offer, good communication. Glad I chose this company.
Does what I expect - straightforward and value for money. Signal is on par with my previous provider but I no longer have data anxiety! Will see how roaming pans out but reads well. Shame not to be able to call and text overseas within ‘roaming’ but the overall package is very good.
The data speed is remarkable. Very happy as it is as fast as my home broadband. I prefer to use my data than home broadband because I have 500 GB data to use every month. Unused data rolls over. The prices are very good. I recommend ID Mobile to everyone.
