Easy to order, good delivery

Very straightforward to hire and very good price. Delivery and collection is very helpful as wouldn’t have been able to fit in my car. The reason for 4 stars is because it doesn’t come with a manual or any instructions, would be easier than having to keep looking online!

It took 3 days after the expected delivery for me actually to get my fence panels. They rang the first day to say they had a new driver who was running over and would it be OK to deliver the following day, on that day they called to say they had vehicle problems and that it would be the next day. They arrived the next day. Not once did I get an apology. The panels were of good quality.and value for money, service was poor

Bought a single fence panel off this company. It was cheaper than everywhere else but offered free delivery! Couldn’t quite believe it but went through with the purchase and everything went perfectly! The only thing I would say is the confirmation email did not have the delivery date on it but luckily I had screenshot the date when I was ordering. The customer service was excellent too - I rang up to find out if the could give an idea of time slot for delivery. Dealt with a someone who sorted it out quickly and efficiently. Will definitely use again.

The equipment was meant to arrive in the morning, I rang and specifically said it needed to be delivered in the morning when I booked and paid for it, at no point was I told on the phone that that wouldn't be possible, it's still not been delivered at 12.15pm even though I've paid for a full days hire!

I placed an order for a bulk bag delivery of top soil needed to complete a project, as they offered a good price. I was contacted the day after to let me know they couldn't actually supply me with a bulk bag as ordered, but could alternatively offer 17 smaller bags, but for delivery 3 working days later than my initial order. I reluctantly accepted as couldn't get any sooner, for as good a price elsewhere. Then on the morning of delivery got a call to say the order wouldn't be delivered today as they had no driver. When questioned I was told it was tomorrow or they could cancel the order. Not acceptable customer service and my project will now not be completed on time. ** UPDATE ** After being told it wouldn't arrive until tomorrow, it has suddenly turned up today (without further comms) and the very friendly driver knew nothing about an issue.

The tool was meant to arrive in the morning but didn’t get here until late afternoon so half a day wasted which we’d paid for (we didn’t receive a refund for the late delivery). The tool was okay but wasn’t in great condition and wasn’t the easiest to use because of this. The delivery guys were friendly but we found out that they were coming from 88miles away which is our nearest depot apparently!!! So no wonder the delivery was so late in arriving. Wish we’d collected a tool from another company more local to us instead had we known.

Easy to book item I was hiring over the phone. All was ready to collect the next day. Just very smooth no hassle process.

Ordering a whacker plate specifically from the heathrow branch and for the weekend as the late hours suited work to pick it up when the order went through directed to Hayes branch and Monday collection branch with shorter opening times and missing the weekend spent 45 mins ringing customer services so far to sort out first time got disconnected and still on the phone waiting second call

I still haven’t received my refund even though tge product was collected weeks ago,after receiving a product of a different size from tge one I oredered

Amazing customer service from Mo at the Livingstone branch. Without fail he goes above and beyond to care for the customers and their needs. Always on time and easy to communicate with. I’d recommend him at the Livingstone branch to anyone
