I have been with Hotel Chocolat for over 20 years, it all started when was given a box as a gift, their chocolates mixes are like nothing you have ever tasted. I decided to do a subscription, the presentation of the box is quality. And I would often gift them, over the years I have watched Hotel Chocolat go from strength to strength. And the quality has never wavered, however the collection has grown. If you are looking for something different that will impress. Or a little treat for yourself, this is the place to come. You won't be disappointed.

The chocolates are truly wonderful. But I wasn't pleased with the delivery service. I paid for next day delivery. I ordered on 3rd, was told they would be delivered on 5th and they were actually delivered on 6th....not what I call next day

Bought the hot chocolate maker for my husband. I don’t really drink it, well I didn’t till I tried this one!!! Wow!! So easy & absolutely delicious. Can’t wait to try the other flavours. 10/10

Fast delivery arrived sooner than expected (2days early) and delighted that they used Royal Mail who are an exceptional delivey team.

I am very angry with the amazon delivery driver for leaving the box with chocolates inside under the tree in the front garden - dogs and cats tend to use my garden as a toilet😬 I was in the house - he never rang the doorbell or knocked on the door. My husband’s car was parked on the drive too. Why send a message saying the driver is arriving as soon as l received the text message the driver was in the van ready to drive off. Maybe try to use other delivery couriers

I rang head office as have been unable to get Velvetiser Mocha Cafe Latte at the shops. Very helpful on the phone and offered to supply my order next day delivery as they had come in that day

We had the ice cream cone today and it was almost empty. The size of it was less than half that it used to be. I rather pay more and have a decent ice cream than an empty cone. I won’t buy it again. Another good thing gone :(

Delivery was early and quality product , what is not to like, happy bunny .

It has taken me almost half an hour to cancel a subscription as I am not the recipient. I am the person paying the subscription and the person who receives their numerous emails. Apparently Hotel Chocolate needs to speak to the recipient to cancel.

The order was dispatched and everything was fine until Amazon failed to deliver to a secure place and the order went missing. To be fair I rang customer service and they were very helpful and processed my refund quickly.

Delivery came slightly sooner than expected. The packaging was perfect, and the chocolates were a delight... for my 88 year old mum, who loved them.

Absolutely love Hotel Chocolat and usually treat friends and family for their birthdays. Only thing I miss is the wonderful cocoa dusted macadamia nuts. Mmmmmm
