Great welcome at Hotel chocolate in Hereford. We were shown many varieties, especially milk chocolate which I specifically requested. Staff knowledgeable and courteous. Left with a Milk Collection and a Ginger. Thank you Samantha for making our visit so enjoyable . Regards David,

I have been a customer of Hotel Chocolat for many years. Their products simply are the very best, for choice, quality and price. My only gripe is that when using the webite, each time you select a product, the page returns to the top, instead of staying where you are so that you can continue to browse! Please fix this, it is VERY frustrating when choosing "selctors" in particular, as there are over 100 to choose from and having to scroll down the page again every time to get back to where I was, is simply annoying to say the least.

While the product is good, the delivery is beyond dreadful. I ordered in good time for a 60th birthday gift and received confirmation that the gift would be delivered on the actual birthday (15 July). In fact the gift was not delivered until the evening of 16/7 which left me feeling awkward and embarrassed. No apology received. I shall not order from Hotel Chocolat again and will not recommend this company to others.

Products were great as usual but delivery was atrocious. Delivered to incorrect address , I had to go looking for it. Luckily it was on an elderly gentleman’s rear step. Unluckily it had rained heavily so by the time I got it the parcel was soaking and a couple of the inner boxes were wet. Not impressed!!

Unfortunately took a chance on the warm weather and ordered a box to give as a gift. Fed Ex delivered a day after they initially set date. The box was hot, the insulated package was very warm inside, the cold packs were warm, they left water on wrapping, and the pieces in the box had all been jostled to one end and sticking together from melt. I slowly picked them apart and tried to rearrange them and put in fridge. The cust service did not accept my word nor the pics of the wrappers and cold packs as evidence of unsatisfactory product and since I had tried best to salvage already there was no pic of the original condition of contents. >If you decide to ship be aware of the facts that it is not as easy a process if they melt or get jostled. Fool me once….

I absolutely love Hotel Chocolat chocolate and once again, have not been disappointed! I ordered a range of the ‘selectors’ to put out when I had friends over and really think this is a great way to mix and match the flavours you want at a very reasonable price. They look as beautiful as they taste and the choice of flavours is amazing! All those strange & exotic blends you’ve imagined, but never thought you’d be able to find, actually exist in the wonderfully magical world of Hotel Chocolat!

I have my orders delivered to my local store and the staff are always lovely - I love the hot chocolate drinks sachets - I find half a sachet is strong enough for my taste - the mocca drinks are also delicious

This is the 3rd time that the delivery service has left at a different location, luckily the post lady recognised my name and let me know that Amazon had left at a neighbour’s house. Last time I buy from website!
