We have used Hornsby Electric for about 30 years and they never disappoint. The service appointment was locked in promptly and the Electricians arrived on time. The assessment of the lighting problem and rectification work done was efficient and successful with helpful options suggested (and a quote provided) for the potential future upgrade of lighting. Great work - fast and efficient. The electrician called 15 minutes prior to arrival and turned up on time. He quickly ascertained what the issue was and quoted for repair/rectification. Once quote was approved, he needed to go and purchase the required part to fix the issue and did so, returning promptly, installing the new sensor and now the lights are working perfectly. I like the electronic payment and invoicing system too, it was quick, easy and now all documents are electronic so I can file them away without having to worry about accumulating paper documentation. All in all, a great customer experience and I will definitely be using Hornsby Electric again.
