On a very rainy Friday morning, I had the need to require an urgent electrician service. I contacted your office at 9 am and despite your busy day I was fortunate enough to have your lovely, helpful James arrive in a couple of hours and he pulled out all his magical electrical talents to complete our job in a matter of hours. Awesome James we were no longer in the dark over the weekend. Very happy customers thanks James, Elenor, David and the crew at Hornsby Electrical Services.

James was very courteous and helpful. He cleaned up after finishing the job. He was very efficient.

We had an emergency and David came out straight away and worked hard to get all the work done for us without going over time, to save us over time rates. Great communication also. Highly recommend.

Great service

I was impressed how quickly Hornsby Electric were able to fix our hot water service. We called them in the morning and it was fixed in our absence the same day. Terrific service !!

David attended our place to find a wiring fault which caused a fuse to blow. Obviously he is very experienced as he found it very quickly. Friendly, fairly priced and very helpful - I would thoroughly recommend Hornsby Electric.

James explained the situation clearly and carried out the work required efficiently. Good job well done. Further work to be carried out in a week's time, a situation of which I was not aware and which could possibly have resulted in unwelcome consequences - I will be relieved to get that job completed. I have every confidence in James' ability and experience. Un happy with price however I have paid the bill hoping to work something out. Can't use heated towel rail as wasn't installed as per instructions Have sent 3 emails requesting a call back and still haven't got a response Been our electrician for many years in all our families properties however not any more unless of course they decide to actual respond to me after they get this
