Great service. Electrician diagnosed fault with the water heater and effected repairs. Attempting to sign the authority to proceed using the mouse on my computer was awkward
I found this company from a positive review on next door. Our experience with Hornsby Electric was first class from discussing with the office, to the estimator and completion of the actual works. Highly recommended and would use them again for any future electrical works.

Cassandra answered the phone promptly and was able to book James in that afternoon. James came, found the problem within minutes and fixed it for us - he also checked our fire alarms to let us know when the 10 year replacement would be, and suggested a couple of other things to consider in future. Would recommend - especially if you're local to the Hornsby area!
The electrician was on time, ready to assist with the issues I had. The only downside is the combined cost of the call out fee (which I personally don't like) and the first hour, a bit expensive.
