I spoke with Magdelena who was extremely helpful in taking away the stress of setting up all the bills for my new home. She walked me through all the options very clearly, answered all my questions, and was very friendly and polite throughout.
This company doesn't provide customer service. If you try to email them you'll get a "thanks for getting in touch, we aim to reply within 2 days" auto response and that's your lot.
No doubt they'll reply to this review asking me to contact them so they can look into it. Clowns.
Be warned, this ridiculous provider is owned by TalkTalk and to expect anything other than utter disdain when you need help is naïve.

Beware if you want to change any instructions. Hometelecom struggle to get what should be simple sorted. No multi skilled staff .. everything organised by function ... so if you have a multi issue problem... its a bit hicory dicory. Would I go with these folk again ... probably not . . I was hoping small ment.... on it ... but they no better than the big boys ( eg talk talk). Am 6mths into a 24mth contract so leaving them will cost £250 plus all the fuss of sending the gear pack ... so will have to stick it out a bit longer. Overall disappointed and frustrated.
Home telecom took over the backend of NoOne Broadband and then proceeded to completely take over all aspects, any attempt to communicate with them about cancelling and next steps were met with silence until I cancelled my direct debit. At which I finally got a response via email stating that the company I was switching to should have issued a switch request, then after being told that I'm already with the new broadband company I was called ,but I dont answer calls without prior warning, then I received an email saying 'this is precisely why we dont do cancellations over email'. I replied "I communicated that I was switching providers 2-3 weeks prior for steps to cancel and received no correspondence". Then they went silent and I got a bill email for 3 months of broadband I have not been a user of and i have not been able to log into the customer portal for NoOne Broadband for 2 of those months.

I got a call from Jordan to help me set up my broadband and other utilities for the flat that I will be moving into. Although I had set up my other utilities, he helped me find the best broadband package. He also helped me to receive a Sky package for half price which has helped me to save money on streaming services. He was excellent to talk to, very friendly and made the process simple. Thank you for all your help :)
Home telecom took over the service from Cuckoo and have proved to be a good supplier of broadband. On the one occasion I had a drop in speed they quickly sorted it out. I am now leaving them as I’m moving out of my apartment. I contacted them via their live chat and George promptly in addressed my issue.
