Good communication
It was ok for the first few months, but then it required a network extender to work at the same efficiency. After that it was a massive fall in quality, it cannot work efficiently at any point in time anymore.

Rubbish service no one listens and no one wants to sort problems out with there own openreach kit that everyone has to pay for but they dont want to look after!

I work from home so I was very anxious when my service was not working but regarding the technical difficulties, MARIA talked through the potential issues and effectively resolved them. Cal was professional, reassuring, patient and most of all friendly and knowledgeable. I suffer from anxiety and depression and he was a very calming influence and great help.
