Lost internet for over a week

Lost internet for over a week. Neither them or ms3 care about there customers. Took ages to get a telephone service sorted even though they was shown multiple times that it was included in the contract. Absolutely disgusting behaviour by a cowboy company. And they expect money for early cancellation when they’ve never honoured the contract to start off with.
