Another falsehood. They tell me I will save gbp250 per year by paying the cheapest available price for an electricity only deal they offer me but the unit kwh rate and the daily charge are both higher than I currently pay so how will this deal save me money? Answer IT WONT. so don't believe anything they tell you is my advice. Got this via Money Saving Expert, so same applies to them! Useless both of them!
Speedy & helpful email response to a problem submitting metre readings on line. Only loses a star because of the problem with the website making the enquiry necessary in the first place.

Early days with Home Energy but I am very impressed with their efficiency to date. Their representative, Rhea, answered all of my questions and could not have been more helpful or efficient.

The worst firm yet- They will wrongly take money! And believe that they are not answerable to complaints or ombudsman. Having failed to provide a switch, with no clue why? They wrongly blamed my old energy supplier. Swithc never happened, and they do not supply me with energy but still took money from my account. When i complained to them, they were rude, said that they do not accept my complaint, that the ombudsman doesnt apply to them, they can decide whatever they want and i can get lost, before hanging up. Refused to accept a complaint, blamed me for them going into my bank and taking MY money, despite no even being a customer of theres. And told me i was out of order for bringing this up as they were justified. Oh! then hung up. Also, notice how all positive reviews on here for them are very similar, very short, and nearly always contain a name. Mmmmm. Be very careful witht his company. Better yet steeeeeer well clear. Though having read a few more detailed reviews and from my experience, they wont last long. Thank GoD!
