Another falsehood. They tell me I will save gbp250 per year by paying the cheapest available price for an electricity only deal they offer me but the unit kwh rate and the daily charge are both higher than I currently pay so how will this deal save me money? Answer IT WONT. so don't believe anything they tell you is my advice. Got this via Money Saving Expert, so same applies to them! Useless both of them!
Speedy & helpful email response to a problem submitting metre readings on line. Only loses a star because of the problem with the website making the enquiry necessary in the first place.

I used Home energy from October 2023 to March 2024. The lack of transparency was appalling to say the least. Unfortunately, it was difficult to monitor energy usage due to them not having an App. I submitted meter readings every month as soon as I received their email requesting readings, yet they kept using estimates and sending high bills! They later said when I was leaving that estimates were being used because I did not send readings on the first of every month!! But they never told me anything like until then.

I emailed Sabrina several times and she's so lovely. Unlike other companies who use a detestable bot Sabrina is a real, understanding person. She puts you at ease covering any problems you have. So I can recommend using this company giving them a max 5 stars for service and communication

My issue was that I was unable to log into my account. I sent an email requesting help (outside of working hours) and the issue was resolved promptly, the following morning by Kim. I have now been able to send in my opening meter readings. Thanks Kim :-)
