Another falsehood.

Another falsehood. They tell me I will save gbp250 per year by paying the cheapest available price for an electricity only deal they offer me but the unit kwh rate and the daily charge are both higher than I currently pay so how will this deal save me money? Answer IT WONT. so don't believe anything they tell you is my advice. Got this via Money Saving Expert, so same applies to them! Useless both of them!

I seemed to have a problem getting my gas meter activated to switch my account, Rhea dealt with it all quickly and in a friendly manner.

They cheat on prices

I signed up for gas and electricity and monthly rate shown was £165.25. Had no access to my account since the beginning. After over a month and many complain gained access to the account and discovered my rate miracoulously increased to £183.89 (since the beginning). They never informed me about monthly payment change so be aware. Now they say I received an email about price change which I never received.

Great customer service

Having just closed my account I could no longer access my account to view my final statement. I used the online chat and got through to Rhea. She quickly sent me a link to allow me to set up new log in details to allow me to see my final bill. Rhea was great to deal with. Super friendly, solved my problem swiftly, and answered my questions.

online chat is very efficient and quick to solve problem, however, there seem to be design issue with the new website for submitting the meter reading. Hope Home Energy will get this resolved soon.
