Not a good experience!
I used Home energy from October 2023 to March 2024. The lack of transparency was appalling to say the least. Unfortunately, it was difficult to monitor energy usage due to them not having an App. I submitted meter readings every month as soon as I received their email requesting readings, yet they kept using estimates and sending high bills! They later said when I was leaving that estimates were being used because I did not send readings on the first of every month!! But they never told me anything like until then.
