Another falsehood.

Another falsehood. They tell me I will save gbp250 per year by paying the cheapest available price for an electricity only deal they offer me but the unit kwh rate and the daily charge are both higher than I currently pay so how will this deal save me money? Answer IT WONT. so don't believe anything they tell you is my advice. Got this via Money Saving Expert, so same applies to them! Useless both of them!

Do not touch these cowboys!!

Do not touch these cowboys!!! Tiny company with poor customer service, no option for a smart meter and overcharge you every month by over estimating and ignore your readings you give every month. Now i've decided to switch over a month ago, they're still witholding my £400 credit and have just taken another £155 when i moved to EDF a month ago!!! So £555 of my money sat in their accont making them interest indtead of being in my account!!! BEWARE!!!

New website at Home Energy

Home Energy have introduced a new website recently and I was unable to access my information online. Thankyou Sabrina at the Home Energy customer services for resolving the problem and also for your prompt response.

Entered an incorrect meter reading

Entered an incorrect meter reading, and then tried to correct it. Not surprisingly it failed to allow me to make several different entries on same day, but Sabrina in the Home Energy Chat room sorted it within 60 seconds - top service.

Sabrina provided fast and helpful service

I spoke to Sabrina as I had problem logging on to my account. Sabrina was very helpful and solved the problem so quickly by emailing the relevant links. I also asked Sabrina for a new tariff. She switched me to a new tariff immediately. It was easy, friendly and fast dealing with Sabrina. Thank you Sabrina!
