Another falsehood.

Another falsehood. They tell me I will save gbp250 per year by paying the cheapest available price for an electricity only deal they offer me but the unit kwh rate and the daily charge are both higher than I currently pay so how will this deal save me money? Answer IT WONT. so don't believe anything they tell you is my advice. Got this via Money Saving Expert, so same applies to them! Useless both of them!

Good communications from Keiran

Good communications from Keiran - very helpful and explained things clearly. Unfortunately I'm unable to get my gas meter (outside) connected to my smart meter (inside) which seems strange in this day and age, but it was the same with my previous supplier, and not exactly Keiran's fault!

Help with my enquiry

When I needed help with my account it was Kim who responded. She was always prompt and professional and helpful with her replies (emails) and kept me informed of any action being taken. I also got notification emails from Home Energy confirming their action which was reassuring and very efficient. I would recommend Home Energy to anyone switching suppliers, their customer service is excellent.

AVOID

company did a estimate due to me not sending readings on time, they came back with three times the amount i use in a month for 3 days, took serveral weeks to have that debt removed. now they added another debt saying its from previous company before switch which is impossible as i was a new tenant and i paid it off even though i should not have had too. AVOID THIS COMPANY i am forced to pay this debt again

What a great company were very helpful all the time I was with them especially Naz unfortunately I decided to leave because they didn't have a fixed deal suitable for me when the winter fuel allowance was taken away by this despicable labour government, would thoroughly recommend them Dave Haffenden.

Easy switch to Home Energy, great prices with no exit fees. Easy to submit meter readings online. Easy to get in touch (used chat service) was able to get estimate on when my smart meter would sync up with new supplier. Was able to change my Direct debit date
