Great Dealership Experience
Worst garage I have ever dealt with. The customer service is shocking, my car broke down within 3 weeks of having it and ended up being off the road for 6 weeks, they only gave me a courtesy car when I expressed I have disabled children and was having time off work and school because we had no transport. Would never purchase a car here again. AVOID.
Service of viewing a car, dealing with Raqib in sales was faultless. The issue is all about the aftersales. When I test drove the vehicle it had a flat tyre which I was assured would be fixed if I purchased the car. I purchased the car and a day later the tyre sensor warning came on! The company kindly offered me £70 towards a new one and all I had to do is email the aftersales team with my invoice. I sent 3 emails over the span of two weeks and finally got a reply saying it will be paid back the next day and one week later with 2 more emails sent - NOTHING. No reply, no money back. They sold me a car knowing there was a fault, they convinced me they would reimburse me and have decided to ignore my emails. Not impressed at all

Ali was best to be honest only concern was after all deal finished later asking for extra money shattered us and been travelling from long way 3hrs . I believe dealer should get matured and support as required. Ali was my rep outstanding thanks mate

If I could give this company 0 stars, I happily would. The aftercare is an absolute disgrace and I'm disgusted by the service I was provided. As soon as they have your money, they couldn't care less. Had the car a week for it to lose power twice on the motorway. Brought it back as it was under warranty to be told the turbo needed replacing. My car was kept for 2 weeks, I was constantly calling everyday for updates to be told someone will call me back and nobody ever does. I was fed lies for 2 weeks, being told a part was waiting to be delivered only to find out by a third party garage who was "fixing" my car that no part was ever ordered as they weren't prepared to pay the price for it. In the end, I just took my vehicle back to avoid this constant headache and stress the company was causing me. I do not recommend buying a car from here at all and wish I never did.

I want to thank Ali and the staff at HCS, they helped me buy my new car without any pressure. I ordered my car online and this was easy. I then got a call from Ali and he helped prepare everything for when I arrived to pick up my car. I had a test drive which went very well, I was give plenty of time to check the car over, the paperwork was very quick and straight forward. Overall fantastic service and a brilliant experience with HCS. .

Simply they are good, within one hour, I checked Car which I wanted, part exchange done, keys exchanged and there you go, back on the road with new car Staff was exceptional Bash and Ray,lovely people to meet.

Last Saturday I bought car. On Sunday check engine lights show up so I went to Hilton Car on Monday plus do a service.They fixed the check engine fault and I stuck there almost for whole day.I couldn't get back my car.Finally some "mechanic " delivered my car.This same day I get message on dashboard-OIL LEVEL LOW .How is possible if car has service???!At home I check air filter and cabin filter as well-nothing was even touched, very dirty. Now when I try to contact them-silence, no answers They just simply lied to me. Today 23th May I went there do another service.This time they said that everything will be done properly.Another 2.5 hours.Collected car and last conversation with very RUDE "manager "Joanna. NEVER AGAIN! So if anyone bought or want to buy car from them and they will say that service will be done don't believe them!!!! They will say whatever you want to hear.

What an absolute shambles of a company. Booked a test drive with this shower, turned up and there was nobody available. After 15 minutes the Salesman who I'd spoken to 2 hours previously, arrived and seemed shocked we were there. Anyway, he got the keys for the car but it took ages to find it. Then we encountered the first issue. The battery in the keyfob was flat. So another wait while he changed the battery. Then issue number 2. The car battery was flat. Off he toddled to get a jump pack. 10 minutes later he was back, attached the jump pack and that was also flat! Off he went again and came back with a car that he used to jump start the car. Yay! we can go for a test drive. But no, all the tyres needed air. So another delay. We'd been on site for over an hour at this point. Drove the car and decided we'd have it. Went back into the showroom and was asked to wait for the finance man. Sat there for 20 minutes with nobody around to help us and decided enough was enough and left. The customer service was abysmal. On a side note, there was a family sat on the sofas who were equally frustrated, they'd been sat there for nearly half an hour waiting for a salesman. Avoid this joke of a company.
