I knew what I wanted...
I knew what I wanted, and had some specific and unique criteria that I was looking for in my BMW. Ali was very prompt, professional, and searched far and wide to locate a vehicle that we were able to do a deal on.
Hilton Car Supermarket has mixed reviews from customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.

Great Dealership Experience
Worst garage I have ever dealt with. The customer service is shocking, my car broke down within 3 weeks of having it and ended up being off the road for 6 weeks, they only gave me a courtesy car when I expressed I have disabled children and was having time off work and school because we had no transport. Would never purchase a car here again. AVOID.
Service of viewing a car, dealing with Raqib in sales was faultless. The issue is all about the aftersales. When I test drove the vehicle it had a flat tyre which I was assured would be fixed if I purchased the car. I purchased the car and a day later the tyre sensor warning came on! The company kindly offered me £70 towards a new one and all I had to do is email the aftersales team with my invoice. I sent 3 emails over the span of two weeks and finally got a reply saying it will be paid back the next day and one week later with 2 more emails sent - NOTHING. No reply, no money back. They sold me a car knowing there was a fault, they convinced me they would reimburse me and have decided to ignore my emails. Not impressed at all

I wish I had seen the reviews before buying from this lot. After making the hour long journey from Hertfordshire to view, test drive and my car valued for p/x, at the point of sale, I was gutted to be told by Venu that the BMW X1 had been sold during the test drive!!! This was the first unprofessional move made and Venu vowed to find me another and would be in touch and apologised. I should have known at that point what I was dealing with. Under a week later, I was back in Bletchley, not because Venu had got back in touch with a suitable alternative as he had promised but because I noticed "my" car had remained on the website (apparently the finance on it had fallen through) This time I put a deposit on to reserve it and my Dad spoke to Sean, who, in Venu's absence, arranged the paperwork so that we could make payment. Sean assured Dad we could make a quick and smooth collection of the car later that day (1st may) and that he would handle the handover paperwork, including the retention documentation for the personalised number plate on my part exchange car. This number plate was a 21st birthday present from my family and means a lot to me. When we arrived later that day, Sean was otherwise occupied and Abu stepped in to administer the collection documentation but despite our mentioning a number plate retention was needed, he first did the paperwork for taking my P/Ex car "into Trade", meaning my personalised number plate had gone with it, and was no longer legally mine to transfer onto the new car. Lots of apologies from everyone present but told WE would need to speak to DVLA to explain the situation. The next day, ( after I have collected the vehicle ) Venu phoned me to "run through compliance" then again the day after that, with more compliance questions and a “PROMISE” that my number plate was safe and would come back to me (how I now wish I had refused to answer the compliance questions until after the return of my number plate!) The sales process has been so back to front and quite honestly, none of the other agents are interested if they are not getting commission, hence the incompetence of Abu who should know being in the motor trade how to do retention documentation. The process of picking up the car was a joke! No process at all really and happily let us drive off with no insurance and just wanted us out once the money had been taken. Dad called DVLA and after 45 minutes hanging on, was told the only way to administer the problem was for the dealer to transfer the vehicles V5 back to me, do the retention paperwork for the plate and take it back Into Trade. When Dad called Hilton with this news, Venu happened to answer the phone and said he was looking into it and that there was an easier way, again “promising” Dad, that my plate was safe. Now, three weeks later and despite calls to Venu, speaking to his colleagues including Hansa & Alex and being “promised” he would call back, as he was "with a customer", nothing from Venu and no news at all of my number plate. I have honestly never dealt with such an unprofessional company in my life. How they are award winning I will never know but will be in touch with the relevant award bodies to tell them how awful my experience has been. I will also be putting this everywhere I can as I bought through AutoTrader and there feedback there is not a true representation, it fooled me as a Marketing Manager of 15yrs!! I don’t want anyone to make the same mistakes I did. They promise you the world to shut you up and get your money. After that they don’t care! My experiences up to now suggest that Inefficiency and broken promises are all you can expect from Hilton Car Supermarket, hopeful they will change that view by getting my number plate back but I won’t hold my breath!

"ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE" Honestly the service and management are so terrible!! They took so ages to sort the car. They even didn't communicate with me and their colleagues about the updates on the car. They made me to wait for hours and hours as they were clueless what to do! On the day I picked my new car and I had to wait for 2 hours and 30 mins. They didn't confirm the time with me as they said come in the morning which i did but ended up wait for hours and hours. I recommend you to not go there if you don't want to wait for hours and hours for nothing!
