What an absolute shambles of a company
What an absolute shambles of a company. Booked a test drive with this shower, turned up and there was nobody available. After 15 minutes the Salesman who I'd spoken to 2 hours previously, arrived and seemed shocked we were there. Anyway, he got the keys for the car but it took ages to find it. Then we encountered the first issue. The battery in the keyfob was flat. So another wait while he changed the battery. Then issue number 2. The car battery was flat. Off he toddled to get a jump pack. 10 minutes later he was back, attached the jump pack and that was also flat! Off he went again and came back with a car that he used to jump start the car. Yay! we can go for a test drive. But no, all the tyres needed air. So another delay. We'd been on site for over an hour at this point. Drove the car and decided we'd have it. Went back into the showroom and was asked to wait for the finance man. Sat there for 20 minutes with nobody around to help us and decided enough was enough and left. The customer service was abysmal. On a side note, there was a family sat on the sofas who were equally frustrated, they'd been sat there for nearly half an hour waiting for a salesman. Avoid this joke of a company.
