Dear to whom this may concern, I have recently bought a BMW 330i from yourselves (1 day ago) in which an error / fault has occured already?! which actually is quite massively concerning! Not only have I had to important work meetings and cancel other plans due to this error but what makes this extremely appalling is that I have called yourselves to see how this can be rectified without causing a fuss which in all honesty I should be causing, but rather I have been advised to claim on the warranty?! Sorry, I think I am being played about here.. I certainly know my rights and I am certainly well within my cancellation period - particularly even more so in my defence as this being a finance deal and the vehicle sold to me not being fit for purpose and being faulty! Therefore, I suggest you take ownership and rectify this issue ASAP, once fixed I will want to test drive the car and check this over with a BMW dealer to ensure there are no further issues, if there is any further errors I will have my finance company be in touch to back the car, please do not play me around as I am still giving you another chance to rectify this issue although you have tried to take the easy route! I should be valued and looked after but this service and how you have gone about this is extremely poor. I am starting to lose faith in your dealership, therefore please let me know how we move forward or I will be backing the car.
