Great Dealership Experience
Worst garage I have ever dealt with. The customer service is shocking, my car broke down within 3 weeks of having it and ended up being off the road for 6 weeks, they only gave me a courtesy car when I expressed I have disabled children and was having time off work and school because we had no transport. Would never purchase a car here again. AVOID.
Service of viewing a car, dealing with Raqib in sales was faultless. The issue is all about the aftersales. When I test drove the vehicle it had a flat tyre which I was assured would be fixed if I purchased the car. I purchased the car and a day later the tyre sensor warning came on! The company kindly offered me £70 towards a new one and all I had to do is email the aftersales team with my invoice. I sent 3 emails over the span of two weeks and finally got a reply saying it will be paid back the next day and one week later with 2 more emails sent - NOTHING. No reply, no money back. They sold me a car knowing there was a fault, they convinced me they would reimburse me and have decided to ignore my emails. Not impressed at all

I have recently brought a Volvo s90 d4 from them on 5th since about day two the car had issues . Firstly they claimed they cleaned the car . There was additional scratches on the side of the car and the car was absolutely filthy in no selling order and with less fuel than promised . That’s okay I got the car valeted and cleaned Properly . Secondly the car had developed a Miriad of issues I’ve asked the after sales team to respond via email . Yet no reply and at the moment the car is undriveable due to a stuck parking brake .i highly advice not buying from Hilton car supermarket as they will sell you a car but won’t take care of you . I was also pressured into buying a warranty which costs 1200 but only covers 1000 this is absolutely ridiculous . Edit : on my second week of no reply from them I’ve emailed them several times no reply from their after sales team

I recently purchased a pre-owned Audi from Hilton car supermarket. Mister Hassan was responsive and so helpful. My schedule for getting to the dealership was a bit challenging so Mr. Hassan accommodated all my paperwork via email. All was complete and ready to go when I came to get my new car! Whilst the sales side and choices available was good the after sales has been non existent. Have a few issues with the car. Tried calling but eventually resorted to emailing. Despite auto responses promising replies within 48 hours I am approaching 2 weeks (and have sent further emails including pictures) without a single response. The after sales has reduced my original anticipated score of 5 from the sales process down to this level.

Awful service from day one! Looked at a car and placed a deposit on one they said would arrive in a week’s time. No one ever called to keep me updated so I ended up having to keep chasing. Weeks passed, the car I put a deposit on never arrived and all I had was excuse after excuse. Eventually I turned up at the garage and said I needed a car that day. I ended up buying a different car, more money. I was reassured the things that weren’t up to scratch would be sorted and this was written down on the purchasing document. I went back to have some parts sorted and ended up spending over 3 hours just for them to say they had polished out the marks they said they could. The bungs that should have been ordered when purchased still hadn’t and I was told they would be sent to me. Months down the line they still haven’t arrived and no one comes back to me when contacting them. The parcel shelf that should have been ordered, was taken from another vehicle and had mould on. My wheel locking but was lost when they supposedly polished out the marks. All in all the marks weren’t improved, wheel locking nut was lost, door bungs never arrived, manky parcel shelf instead of a new one that should have been ordered. The head of Aftersales is as helpful as an inflatable dartboard. He told me he could change my mind on the service of the company but he made it worse.
