Worst garage I have ever dealt with

Worst garage I have ever dealt with. The customer service is shocking, my car broke down within 3 weeks of having it and ended up being off the road for 6 weeks, they only gave me a courtesy car when I expressed I have disabled children and was having time off work and school because we had no transport. Would never purchase a car here again. AVOID.

Poor Aftersales

Service of viewing a car, dealing with Raqib in sales was faultless. The issue is all about the aftersales. When I test drove the vehicle it had a flat tyre which I was assured would be fixed if I purchased the car. I purchased the car and a day later the tyre sensor warning came on! The company kindly offered me £70 towards a new one and all I had to do is email the aftersales team with my invoice. I sent 3 emails over the span of two weeks and finally got a reply saying it will be paid back the next day and one week later with 2 more emails sent - NOTHING. No reply, no money back. They sold me a car knowing there was a fault, they convinced me they would reimburse me and have decided to ignore my emails. Not impressed at all

Absolute shithole

Absolute shithole, went to view a car and it was in terrible condition. Told the salesman and he didnt care he just wanted to know if we wanted to look at anything else so we tried to but they couldn't find the keys. When trying to get my deposit back I had to really push for it, very unlike what was advised on the website. Due to this i decided to just go to the main dealer and buy my car ive got now, main dealer was cheaper for the same car, and comes with warranty for two years when here I was offered a few months. Would never go to a car supermarket again, especially this one.

Very bad experience, rude behaviour

01/06/25 - I purchased bmw 5 series car. During delivery I identified two minor issues. The sales person Abubakar told me to bring the car and he will have the engineer to fix it. He mentioned the faults in invoice as well. I now have major problem as well in the car where the alarm activates and sounds on its own. When I called the sales team they are now saying once delivered they can’t do anything. The guy spoke to me was very rude. Never kept their promise absolute scammers, I now regret buying car here. 03/06/25 - No body bothered to reach nothing they are doing, just giving reply here in trustpilot with false statements. 19/06/25 - Still no response from this scammers

Beware their PX Scam!

I saw a car online at Hilton, it looked a reasonable price and they are relatively local. I entered my PX details on the website, received a reasonable valuation, so called to reserve the car and book an appointment. On doing so the sales person told me they wanted to double check the PX valuation I'd received online as that system 'tends to show retail sale price and not trade', (not sure why that would be on a PX valuation tool!) after being put on hold for 5 minutes he duly returned to tell me the actual price they could offer was over £2000 less than the website claimed. An utter scam. Avoid. UPDATE: Based on your response today, that doesn't make sense as I never attended your site. The difference in price for my PX was between your online valuation tool and the price I was given over the phone (where the details I provided were identical) when the sales person used the 'Manager's System' as I was told this 'Was based on trade price whereas the online tool tends to show retail price'. The online price is clearly hiked up to get people to come in, hence my previous comment that this is a scam. There is no way based on my genuine experience that I can believe your process is transparent and fair at all.
