Great Dealership Experience
Worst garage I have ever dealt with. The customer service is shocking, my car broke down within 3 weeks of having it and ended up being off the road for 6 weeks, they only gave me a courtesy car when I expressed I have disabled children and was having time off work and school because we had no transport. Would never purchase a car here again. AVOID.
Service of viewing a car, dealing with Raqib in sales was faultless. The issue is all about the aftersales. When I test drove the vehicle it had a flat tyre which I was assured would be fixed if I purchased the car. I purchased the car and a day later the tyre sensor warning came on! The company kindly offered me £70 towards a new one and all I had to do is email the aftersales team with my invoice. I sent 3 emails over the span of two weeks and finally got a reply saying it will be paid back the next day and one week later with 2 more emails sent - NOTHING. No reply, no money back. They sold me a car knowing there was a fault, they convinced me they would reimburse me and have decided to ignore my emails. Not impressed at all

The salesman got the job done within time frame specified. I was on his case abit, they could keep you better updated. But to his credit, he succeeded. However delivery driver had hygiene issues, the car was geeping. And when Car was inspected in the morning. Sorry forgot to mention delivered at 10pm. Anyway no sceenwash no coolant VISIBLE in expansion tank, naughty naughty. But I did my due diligence on investigations with the car i purchased. It's a peach. Needs a valet but it's prefect.

BMW 5 Series is a dream car to drive! It's handling is precise, and the acceleration is smooth. The interior is luxurious. I feel like I'm driving in style every time I get behind the wheel. I've never felt so connected to the road.

Bought a car after taking a mechanic with us to help us check the car was in good order. Mechanic advised the car needed new brake discs, pads and that the tyres should be changed as recommended by latest MOT. Hilton Mechanics carried out the work and we returned two days later to collect the car. On the day of collection, there was a message on the dashboard saying 'parking brake fault, have the vehicle repaired'. This message was new and only appeared following Hilton Mechanic changing the brake discs and pads. It was closing time so one of the sales team, Hassan, called their Mechanic who advised the system hadn't caught up yet and in 15 mins or overnight, it would reset and the error message would go away. He said if it didn't, they would resolve the issue, so we drove the car home to Essex. We left for holiday the next day, the error message was still there when we got back. Contacted Hilton, advised to have it looked at by our local Mechanic, get a diagnosis and quote and email it to the aftershaves team where the work would be authorised being we're still unde warranty and the fault was created by the mechanic at Hilton who changed the brake discs (confirmed by our local mechanic). I have sent FIVE emails and have not had a single response. Not even to the email stating I would like to make a formal complaint. We are now looking into taking legal action. Absolutely horrendous service. *update* spoke to aftersales team who says apologies for the lack of response and the work will be authorised in 1 hr. I will update this review again if and once that has happened and the work is complete.

We purchased a car from here and the customer service was amazing. We were greeted within few minutes and discussed our options and what was suitable for us. In return we exchanged our car too and the transition was handled efficiently. Shaz was absolutely helpful, polite and went above and beyond for us. We were also pleased with Jarrod who dealt with us on the next day when we picked up the car. They both listened and took on board what was required. All the team in the office were very helpful and friendly. Will defo recommend this place and be sure to come back here!
