Great Dealership Experience
Worst garage I have ever dealt with. The customer service is shocking, my car broke down within 3 weeks of having it and ended up being off the road for 6 weeks, they only gave me a courtesy car when I expressed I have disabled children and was having time off work and school because we had no transport. Would never purchase a car here again. AVOID.
Service of viewing a car, dealing with Raqib in sales was faultless. The issue is all about the aftersales. When I test drove the vehicle it had a flat tyre which I was assured would be fixed if I purchased the car. I purchased the car and a day later the tyre sensor warning came on! The company kindly offered me £70 towards a new one and all I had to do is email the aftersales team with my invoice. I sent 3 emails over the span of two weeks and finally got a reply saying it will be paid back the next day and one week later with 2 more emails sent - NOTHING. No reply, no money back. They sold me a car knowing there was a fault, they convinced me they would reimburse me and have decided to ignore my emails. Not impressed at all

I had an awful experience with Hilton Car Supermarket and want to warn others before they make the same mistake. I purchased a car that I had to return just two days later due to multiple serious faults. The engine light came on, the boot wouldn’t close properly, and the brake pads were dangerously worn. The car was also advertised and sold to me as a seven-seater, but it only had five seats. It was clear the vehicle had not been properly checked or prepared before being handed over to me. To make matters worse, I have still not received a refund for the deposit, despite emailing and calling multiple times. One of my phone calls was even hung up on, which speaks volumes about how they treat customers. This company shows a complete lack of professionalism and care. I’m now having to consider going to The Motor Ombudsman to get my money back. I wish I had looked at the reviews before buying from Hilton Car Supermarket. I strongly advise anyone considering them to stay well away.

My initial review was 5 stars having purchased a vehicle effortlessly with support from the sales and finance teams. I cannot believe how polar-opposite the after sales management has been. A few days after purchasing my vehicle I called to speak with the salesman, Cairo, who dealt with me as I had questions about the papers of the vehicle. I was reassured he would call me back. I texted. I called again. And again. And again… I’m still waiting for that phone call to be returned. I was advised to have a diagnostic report done by an VAC registered garage to carry out work on the vehicle as I noticed a fault. Turns out the fault is quite major - £1900 worth of repairs to be carried out. The warranty company would only be able to cover £136 of this. I stopped driving the vehicle on 02/07/25 and have been trying constantly to contact Hilton after sales team just to be brushed off by everyone! “The team will get back to you.” Lies upon lies.0 On 12/07/25 I physically went into the branch and was reassured by Roy (not the after sales manager who I was told would be dealing with my concern) that everything would dealt with this week. He reassured me the vehicle would be collected on 14/07/25 but surprise, surprise! It was NOT collected. Called to speak with Roy on 14/07/25 and finally got through after the 5th attempt. Roy once again reassured me the vehicle would be collected on 15/07/25 and this has obviously not happened. How lovely is it to be paying hundreds of pounds for something you can’t use in addition to extra transport costs? I wish I had known this would be the case before I purchased this vehicle. I am so appalled by the complete lack of customer service by Hilton Car Supermarket. I’ve contacted my financer to return the vehicle. Thanks for the migraine HCS. I would not recommend you.

Unfortunately aftersales team were disappointing, if -5 stars were an option I would have given them -5, I should have reimbursed for the repairs which should have been done by Hilton cars before selling the car, did not happen after the sale was completed. I was promised that they will reimburse the full amount for the repairs the following weekday, but this did not happened. I called them several times waiting for over an hour at times with no success or line was simply cut off. They avoided answering the call after the sale was completed. Unfortunately this contrasts the great experience I had with the sales team I think the manager's name was Shaz, who was extremely helpful.

Easily one of the worst sales experiences I’ve had in years. From the moment we arrived, the lack of professionalism was obvious. We walked up to the desk and weren’t acknowledged at all. I had to interrupt a young salesman who was glued to his phone, and even then, we weren’t greeted properly. I mentioned we’d seen a couple of cars online, and rather than offering any assistance, he vaguely gestured toward the back lot and told us to “go find them.” The rear car park is huge, completely disorganized, and frankly chaotic. Not the kind of place where you can just casually find a car without help. After about five minutes of searching, I came back in and gave him the registrations. His reaction was like I’d asked him to move a mountain. Huffing, puffing, and visibly irritated. During the test drive, he said absolutely nothing and clearly knew next to nothing about the car. When we returned, I asked to see the second car we’d come for, and again, his reaction was begrudging at best. He left us waiting around for 15 minutes while he chatted with his mates, only to come back claiming the car had “disappeared.” Seriously? Eventually, he found it, but it was in a terrible state. The car was filthy, hadn’t been valeted, and was clearly not the “ready to drive away today” condition it was advertised as. There were even used drink cans left inside. On the second test drive, I asked if I could take the car on a dual carriageway to test it properly, and was told I wasn’t “allowed.” They apparently have a strict, set test drive route. Never heard anything like it. After returning, the salesman went to ask his manager if we were “allowed” to take it further, but by then I’d had enough. Despite actually liking the car, the experience was so appalling that I told both the salesman and manager they’d lost the sale. The manager’s response? “Ok, bye then.” Not even a hint of professionalism, courtesy, or care. From start to finish, this was a shambles. A complete failure in basic customer service from both sales staff and management. It’s no surprise they can’t seem to get beyond a 4-star rating, which should be easy to achieve in this industry with even half-decent service. Avoid this place. Awful, awful service.
