Service was reasonable, item arrived about 3-4 days after order placed. However, item not so good. When I finally came to use the Drew & Cole clever pot the low setting was as high as the high setting so nothing could be left to simmer for any length of time. Overall - useless.

I purchased a New Image FITT Rowing Machine from this company back in January 2024. The RRP of this item is £499.99 and I paid £439.99 with a coupon through Klarna. I wanted a rowing machine which has smart features so I could use with my smart phone. I have used the rower for the last 19 months around 2-3 times per week, very enjoyably. Then this week I was rowing and heard a clunking sound during a workout and then an immediate freeze of the rowing band to the handle - completely frozen and wouldn't move, with an associated burning smell. The rower has completely failed. I am aware that this rower has a 12 month warranty, however I contacted HighStreetTV as a premium rower like this should last beyond 19 months before completely breaking. To be clear, this rower has always been stored and used in accordance with the directions. They contacted me back and their response was as follows: "Thank you for your email and I am sorry to hear this. Unfortunately, as this was purchased on 06/01/2024, this is now outside of the 12-month warranty period and is not eligible for a replacement. I’m afraid we do not offer a repair service either. I apologise for the inconvenience. " There was no offer of even a partial refund. This is a RRP £500 machine which has lasted 19 months and critically failed. HighStreetTV has provided a standard warranty reply and offered no resolution. I am genuinely appalled by the response I have received which essentially states it's out of warranty so there's absolutely nothing they will do. HighStreetTV - I understand this product falls outside of the 12 month warranty. But there is a reasonable amount of time a premium product (as you sell it) should last. A rowing machine like this should last many, many years - not 19 months.

I was trying to send back a jet spray which had a small fault. with a young lady Nimmy is her name, she was excellent very courteous and very knowledgeable As i am at that age i still prefer the Quill and parchment, and she sent me through a pre-paid return sheet so i could put in on my package to return my item. It is nice to have someone pleasant to speak to and not a machine. Peter

From service to delivery I am well pleased

Well, the Clever Chef looks like an AMAZING product, and ideal for a one person household, like me. I haven't actually used it yet, but hope to do so very soon. I like its small size and its versatility - snacks, mains and desserts - what's not to like. I am also impressed with the way it was/is demonstrated.

I forgot to put in the discount code and the customer service team helped me straight away by refunding the difference. They were very helpful and friendly and exceeded my expectations. Will definitely purchase again from High Street TV! :)

I was really impressed with customer service! I used the online chat to query when my order would be despatched as it seemed to be taking some time and I was advised that the item I ordered was not in stock. I was asked if I would accept a more expensive alternative for the same price - of course I said yes! The item was despatched immediately and I received it the next day.

I ordered an air purifier , the smallest. Your agent did not convince me that he knew what I wanted. I am 82 and disabled. The item I received had a different number . After some trouble getting the wrong item returned ,through the good efforts of Dylan and Anna , the incorrect item went back and I will receive the correct item. Pleased we got there eventually so back to 5 star

Nutri bullet 1200 Pre sale £129.99 (take 10% off new customer promo code) £116.99 Sale £149.99 take off 20% promo code (cannot use new customer 10% promo on top) £119.99 Stated it went up as it is out of stock..of course it is.. everyone bought them at the pre sale pricing! Better to wait for the SALE to end... Tut tut

I contacted and was put through a customer advisor called Nimmy. I felt I had to leave a review as the great customer service she provided is a rarity nowadays. Nimmy was efficient, extremely helpful made the whole process easy and smooth. Couldn’t have asked for more. It was really refreshing.

The package arrived in good order almost on time but that was me not the seller when I spotted my mistake it only took one email and the VERY helpful staff at High Street TV it was sorted as for the Clever chief pro have not used it to its full extent yet but the bits I have used gave very good result it looks good as well so ask me in a year and it will have been well tested by then

The telesales staff were outstanding and dealt with my request promptly. Fast delivery ensured I could use my pressure cooker again (as I lost the lin from my steam release valve and had to replace). Hallelujah
