Got the Aircooler just in time for the heatwave. The Aircooler it self is ok but not enough for the heat. Customer service were really helpful.

Take "membership" payment from people who are not savvy and struggle to cancel or decline before the £99 is taken from your account. They've done this multiple times even though requested not to and also cancelled by bank but then take the payment again

after having problem with my previous fan i got from here, the team were really helpful and advised what the best cause of action would be. I purchased a new one and one slightly bigger than my previous fan. The delivery was speedy which was perfect for just i went away. would happily use these again. the team was helpful, snd the product its self is brilliant.

I ordered the Ruby horsepower, however, it was missing the part that closes the charging port. Customer servive was great as they sent me another unit even though it had been a few months after the original purchase. Highly recommend!

Great value for money ty

I contacted them to order a CleverPot and the staff were very helpful and friendly. When the pot arrived it was missing a small lug on one of the feet so I contacted them and Anna immediately send one to me in the post. I also received an email with a Recipe book I am very pleased with the great personal care they gave me, thank you.
