Always a good experience with High Street TV

I bought the Mattress Maid Spring & Spruce from high street TV. It's a good purchase.

Had seen this and was initially a bit unsure about purchasing it. However I took the plunge and I am SO glad I did. The item arrived very quickly (2-3 days) and has helped my lower back and legs greatly. The neck massager zips off and makes it easier and more adjustable. The highest intensity is what I prefer but the other levels might suit others. Not stated on the product description but it has a handy 30 minute cut off to prevent overheating or accidental use. I can't rate this highly enough

GREAT SERVICE AND FRIENDLY

I placed my order easily online but when I received notification from Evri I saw wrong Post code. I rang sellers and they contacted and rearranged with Evri correct address. They were very helpful and friendly, I now have my order.

There was a mix up with my order for a coolanator but the lady in sales sorted it out for me . The product is very good used it the other night outside for the first time it was brilliant the wine was very cold first class 👍

The customer services were extremely helpful when I had a faulty piece of equipment. The person I spoke to couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Thank you very much.

Customer service team were very helpful when I phoned about a return.i had mistaken put the wrong order number.i had to return the parcel without a invoice as there wasn't one with the parcel.i thought I had put my details in the parcel but was told I hadn't.The matter has been resolved.

Failure delivery due their long delay with no explanation.

The advisors were very helpful, friendly, professional and well mannered I will always recommend High Street TV to all my friends and family.

Easy to order and prompt delivery. Product was 'like new' so a bit wary that maybe not up to scratch. Needn't have worried. It was fine and works brilliantly.

Cannot get tracking to work When is my purchase being delivered

Placed an order for a Jet Hawk power washer with High Street TV. The item was delivered when I had been told it would be delivered and was well packaged so no damage during delivery. The item came with clear instructions for assembly and I was able to set it up for use in a couple of minutes. I used it to wash my car and for washing my garage door. Both were done quickly and with no hiccups. The Jet Hawk was so easy to use and did what it said on the tin. Being a woman in my 70s it was great to be able to do these things without all the hoses and power cables associated with an electric power washer. All in all from customer service to setting up and using the Jet Hawk I would definitely recommend it.
