Absolutely amazing customer service, I've been trying weeks to find a replacement control for my treadmill and had no replies and no one was willing to help. Not only did they reply within 10 minutes of my email, within the hour I had a replacement control sent even though I didn't purchase the treadmill through their website.

I bought ARCTIC AIR from them in 2024 - July last year. This month, June 2025, I had a problem that it was no longer charging. I contacted High Street Customer Service, and they were so prompt that they sent me a return label and said it will be collected and replaced (Have anew one now). I was extremely happy with such excellent and caring service. Very pleased with overall service and attitude. WELL DONE & THANKS, HIGH STREET Customer Service.

All orders I have placed to date have been delivered very quickly. I have been kept in the loop all the way through the evri tracking app. I can highly recommend High Street TV.

Due to a problem with the delivery driver the parcel was not delivered at the time given on Saturday and was then informed that it would be delivered the following workday which was Monday, again no delivery or message so contacted you again and this was greeted by a person not a bot, she was very polite and helpful after hearing my problem and agreed to send a replacement which should arrive tomorrow, thanks again for resolving this issue.

the hose was not very good and i returned it since then i have dealt with Anna and Janine and they have both very been very helpful and polite, i would like too thank both and hope they are appreciated by high Street tv yours faithfully Robert Bowles.

Product great only thing that let it down carrier bag that came with it was ripped customer services where great sent out a replacement straight away. Went above and beyond.

I am delighted to provide 5 star review High Street Shopping TV. I ordered a drew Cole, PRESSURE KING PRO. I was advised it would take 3-5 working days. I couldn't believe the service, on my return home from an appointment l had the item delivered the next day. Less than 24 hours.

Goods arrived quickly. Although outer packaging was damaged the internal packaging was sturdy enough to protect the contents, so no problem.
