Ordered item on 19th August and have not heard anything since ?

Great air fryer

I haven't had my order yet, that I ordered on 19th Aug. Been trying to get in touch but it's not easy.

I contacted High Street TV via email and received a reply within 24 hours. 2 batteries I received wouldn't charge - my reason for contacting HSTV. The agent that replied was vey polite and sorted the issue immediately - I received replacements within 48 hours... Superb customer service :))

Called Highstreet TV and would you believe it I spoke to a person - that deserves 5 stars already not having to continuously look on line like the majority of companies have you do, speak to a robot and still no further with your enquiry. The person I spoke to was polite, efficient,well versed in all their products and I never had to repeat myself. Hallelujah! I bought accessories for my horsepower that I received within the time frame I was told. All in all exemplary customer service and wouldn't hesitate shopping with Highstreet TV again. If there was one thing I would have a gripe about is that they have discontinued the bottle cleaner accessory that I really wanted for my horsepower.

There was an issue with item getting lost in the post, customer service was faultless, issue rectified speedily, great communication, new item sent. 5 stars
