EXCELLENT Prompt Customer Service
I bought ARCTIC AIR from them in 2024 - July last year. This month, June 2025, I had a problem that it was no longer charging. I contacted High Street Customer Service, and they were so prompt that they sent me a return label and said it will be collected and replaced (Have anew one now).
