Absolutely amazing customer service
Absolutely amazing customer service, I've been trying weeks to find a replacement control for my treadmill and had no replies and no one was willing to help. Not only did they reply within 10 minutes of my email, within the hour I had a replacement control sent even though I didn't purchase the treadmill through their website.
