Always a trusted product for my travels
Great product; informative website; and an excellent design build for the iPhone app. While I have not had to use my insurance while traveling (knock wood), it is great to know that I am insured if I do! Keep up the great work!

Purchased via the website. Clearly not an English speaking company because it asks you for your country of residence and not your country of origin. This confusion has led me to purchase a useless policy and the response I had on the phone was not sufficient to rectify it.

Estoy agradecida con todos, especialmente con Victoria Soler quien se porto muy amable, resolvió mis dudas inmediatamente y me apoyo para realizar mi trámite de cancelación por equivocarme de fechas, me harán el reembolso en 5 días y pude contratar nuevamente con las fechas correctas, pero los trámites son muy fáciles. Altamente recomendable ya que los precios son accesibles y con excelentes coberturas a diferencia de otros que compare. Gracias
